If your account is not verified, we will not be able to verify your identity and ownership of the account. In this case we suggest that you open a new CrossTower account.
If you lose access to your primary email, contact us using an alternative email at support@crosstower.com, and we will send you a link to our secure upload portal where you can provide/upload your:
- full name;
- date of birth;
- address;
- SSN (Social Security Number);
- ID; and
- selfie.
Once we verify your identity and the ownership of your account, we will allow you to withdraw your assets without email confirmation.
