Please note that the name on your bank account must match the name on your CrossTower account, and you must include your Reference Number in the Memo field when you transfer USD to our bank account. You can find your Reference Number in Settings -> General. |
We have two different banking instructions for wire transfers depending on if you are an individual or an institution. See below for more information.
We will process your deposit as soon as it appears in our bank account. Please note that wire transfers usually take 1-3 business days to arrive. We do not charge any deposit fees, however your bank may charge you a wire transfer fee.
