Important Information
- Please note that the name on your bank account must match the name on your CrossTower account, and you must include your Reference Number in the "memo" field when you transfer USD to our bank account. You can find your Reference Number in Settings -> General.
- We do not charge any deposit fees, but your bank may charge you a wire transfer fee.
- While we are doing our best to process your deposit as soon as it appears in our bank account, the wire transfer itself usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive.
- Please contact global-support@crosstower.com if you are experiencing any issues with your wire transfer.
